A. With each order we will include a free knotty surprise (small key chain matching the colors you ordered). If you want to specify what colors, mention what color(s) you want for your knotty surprise. 

Q. How can i order different colors or buckles?

A. After ordering, use the contact tab to send us the details for your order.

Q. What mail service is used?

A. We use USPS.

Q. How long will delivery take?

A. Depending on where you live in the US, it could take up to a week. Most orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped once the purchase is confirmed.

Q. What type of paracord do you use?

A. We use 550 paracord made in the USA.

Q. What are my payment options?

A. For your protection, we only accept payment through Paypal at this time.

Q. Can my paracord bracelet get wet?

A. Yes, our paracord will not rot nor mildew.

Q. What kind of warranty do you offer?

A. No refunds. Exchanges and returns only if error on our part and must be pre-authorized, shipping is non refundable.
